Christmas specials with daddy

We haven't had too much to document lately...at least not in pictures. We have had a lot going on though. This was one of my busiest weeks. We had doctor apts. both of our own and to babysit for, we had a church activity, brunch with friends and Saturday night we got to go to the Fox to see the Nutcracker. Unfortunately most of that was not captured with the sherf camera. I did take a few of the girls with mike while watching a marathon of christmasy movies.

This is my apron from when I was about Ava's age. That's why it has an N on it. My mom made it for me and then kept it for all these years. Ava got it with her kitchen for her birthday.

So cute.

chubby??? yeah, that's the understatement of the year. i changed that girl's diaper today and i couldn't believe it. i was pulling down her pants and those things kept coming at me! i guess it will always be to her benefit that she can say, "i carry it well." haha!
hmmm.... tree trunks come to mind. :)

Tally's always do 'carry it well.' Especially in our tree trunk legs. Fortunately she got a lot of Mike in her so she will probably thin out and eat like crazy then weigh in at a whopping 106 lbs. or something.

I wasn't going to say it was the understatement of the year, but they are pretty darn chubby! I love Liela's brown poka dot sweatshirt. A Christmas movie marathon sounds fun!

How did you get the picture behind your blog's title? When I was creating my new template (again, BEFORE I realized it was the same as yours), I was trying to put a picture behind the name, but the picture would be huge and you would have to scroll right to see the whole thing.

In her sweet little defense, She is straightening her legs and tightening her muscles making them look even fatter.
I am guessing you know how to click on picture behind the name and description b/c you said it was huge so I am not sure why it isn't working for you. you might try to scale your picture down somehow...maybe in paint or something. I crop mine to make them longer but I don't know enough about computers and such to tell you what your's needs to do.
