Ava has been amazing me lately. She is really thinking about things and of course I think she is a genius. Here are our conversations as of late...

Ava was reading this Pooh book. (pooh, I say blah to pooh but she likes it) Anyway...Ava was 'reading' this and remembered a lot! She said, "pooh can put on his shirt all by hisself. Roo can button his jacket. Oops, almost" I thought that was smart.

Last night I was driving home with my girls and Ava said, "momma its dark, but I don't have to be scared because God made the light."

This morning we were downstairs getting ready for breakfast. I was making eggs and Ava said, "Momma, is that eggs for me?" N, "yes" A, "And you and daddy?" N, "well, yes for me but daddy is at work." A, "yeah. Do you remember when Daddy came home from the cabin...and I was in my room crying because I wanted to get up to sleep in momma's bed...and then daddy came home, and grampa brought him home to our house?" And that's exactly what happened Saturday when Mike came home from the cabin.

Ok, so there are more stories of genius but I will save them as I'm sure I have already lost most of my readers (uncle paul).

Ok, I have to add this...I just got off the phone with Christina. When I got off the phone Ava said, "Was that Beth?" N, "no, that was aunt chrissy." A, "Oh. And she is your sister!"

I feed Liela before Ava gets up. When I go to get Av I leave Liela on my bed. Without fail Ava gets up, goes to the bathroom, and runs to the bedroom screaming, "I don't need my pants I gotta see Liela first." (indeed she is in her underwear and I am in the bathroom holding her pants when that happens) These are some of my favorite times with my girls. Just sitting on the bed playing around.

Believe it or not Liela followed the silly face direction better than Av.
