the village

The other day we went to greenfield village...it was awesome. mike and I took the girls. Gramma tally got us in for free and got the rides pass so we could ride anything all day!!! yahoo! We packed a lunch (ava packed her new lunch box from pastor keilman...she loves it) it was so much fun. I told mike while we sat under a tree eating our lunch looking at an old house and a carousel that every time we go there together I think to myself, "this is the best day of my life" my wedding was nice...but i certainly didn't get to spend that much time with mike on my wedding day...it was going from this thing to that taking pics doing all sorts of things I didn't want to...so what was a better day...maybe the day my girls were born...but that was just b/c I knew I had a precious baby girl that I would one day take to the village. I can't think of anything on this earth better than a beautiful day at the village with my favorite people of all.
